The correct answer for the translation of ‘we gingen met z’n drieën de stad in‘ is B: Three of us went into town.
You can also say: The three of us went into town.
Translating it literally from Dutch is wrong. You would never say: We went with the three of us. It implies that there are three of you 🙂
